Our position on copyright
VocoTV supplies access to a streaming service. We do not claim ownership of any third-party broadcast, film, series or other work made available through it, and all trademarks and copyrights remain with their respective owners. Where we are notified that material infringes copyright, we act on that notice under the process below.
How to send a copyright notice
Send your notice to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com with "DMCA notice" in the subject line. To be actionable, a notice must include all five of the following:
- Identification of the work. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if the notice covers several works.
- Identification of the material. Enough detail for us to locate what you are complaining about — the channel, title or stream in question.
- Your contact details. Full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- Two statements. That you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- A signature. Physical or electronic, of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act for them.
An incomplete notice may delay our response. Please do not send commercial enquiries or support questions to the copyright address — use the contact page for those.
What we do when we receive a notice
- We acknowledge the notice, normally within two business days.
- We review it against the requirements above.
- Where the notice is valid and the material is within our control, we remove or disable access to it promptly.
- Where the material is supplied by an upstream provider, we forward the notice to that provider.
- We keep a record of the notice and of the action taken.
Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. It should identify the material and its location before removal, include your name, address, telephone number and email, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and include your consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court. We will forward a valid counter-notification to the original complainant.
Repeat infringement
We operate a repeat-infringer policy. An account that is the subject of repeated, substantiated copyright complaints will be suspended and, where the pattern continues, terminated without refund for the remaining term. We reserve the right to terminate an account immediately in cases of serious or deliberate infringement.
Misuse of this process
Submitting a knowingly false notice carries legal consequences. If you are unsure whether the material you are concerned about is covered by copyright, or whether the use is authorised, take advice before sending a notice.
